Our Story

Rodeo13 was started in June 2023. Our mission is to be a long-term strategic partner to research and insights companies and help them achieve sustainable revenue growth.

Initially, we operated as a branding and marketing agency, and as of November 2024, we added operational excellence to our repertoire of services. Our goal is to create a one-stop shop to maximize impact, efficiency, and revenue growth with our fractional CMO and COO solutions in the insights space.

Rodeo13 specializes in research, analytics & insights, which is where our expertise lies. We’re also remote-first to work with the best talent globally.

CEO & Creative Director
Norbert is a seasoned brand storyteller, strategist, and designer in the insights space. Over the past decade, he’s worked with countless insights companies globally to bring strategy, creatives, and copy together to inspire growth. A Top B2B Marketing Strategy Voice on LinkedIn, he strives to bring about a positive change in how we approach branding and marketing in the research industry.
Norbert is a passionate DE&I advocate, member of ESOMAR and has been shortlisted for industry awards such as the Greenbook Future List.
Dora Peyroche (she/her)
Head of Operations and Accounts
Dora is a proactive and dynamic operations leader with over 10 years of international, multi-sector experience. Her passion lies in establishing and developing high-performing teams, she is dedicated to implementing rigorous quality processes and controls, ensuring consistency and efficiency across projects, processes, and workflows.

Sara Pinelo (she/her)
Finance Manager
Sara is a dedicated finance manager with over 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning. She excels at optimizing financial performance and guiding our company towards fiscal excellence,  and developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
